Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard group tours: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are charged at 50% of the confirmed tour price. No-shows, late arrival after the vehicle has departed, or incorrect hotel information that prevents pickup are non-refundable.

Private tours, private yacht rentals and private airport transfers: because the vehicle, guide or yacht is reserved specifically for your group, free cancellation applies up to 72 hours before the start time unless a different deadline was written in your WhatsApp confirmation. Later cancellations are charged at 100% of the reserved service price.

Operator or weather cancellation: if the tour cannot run for weather, sea conditions or operational reasons on the operator’s side, we offer a free reschedule to another available date or a full refund of amounts paid for that tour through Daily Trips Alanya. Optional extras paid directly to third parties follow their own rules.

How to cancel: message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking name, tour, date and hotel. We confirm the applicable charge or refund in writing. Refunds for eligible payments are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method; card-provider processing times may add a few extra days. Any non-refundable payment-provider fees already charged by a third-party processor are deducted only when those fees were disclosed at payment time.
