Avsallar lies about 22 km west of central Alanya and is known for the wide sandy beach it shares with İncekum. It is a lively strip of hotels with plenty of restaurants, bars and evening cafés.

It is one of the easiest hubs for jeep safaris and boat tours; Sapadere Canyon and the Dim River are also very close.
